Here is a closer look at how I work. You can click through a prototype of each product to see how someone would use it.

IT Help Desk and Ticketing System
An internal IT service desk that moves support tracking off spreadsheets and email onto one ticketing system. Employees file requests through a self-service intake form, and its fields adapt to the category they pick. Each ticket then runs a full lifecycle. Sign-offs route to an approver, and every change is written to an audit history that cannot be edited. Threaded comments keep the conversation on the record, and support leadership watches queue health on a visual metrics dashboard.

LocalGuide: On-Device Document Assistant
A general-purpose, on-device document assistant that answers questions from your own documents and cites the source behind every answer. It runs fully offline, with nothing uploaded. The workspace splits into three panes, an on-device document library, a cited chat thread with selectable answer styles, and a source-passage panel. This is a skeletal, fully non-functional showcase, built with accessibility as an acceptance-level requirement.

Speaker Program
An internal tool for requesting and approving speaking engagements, in place of spreadsheet-and-email tracking, built around one tracked request. It starts with a self-service intake form whose fields adapt to the event type, then runs a full lifecycle in which a manager and a communications and brand reviewer approve in parallel, both required. Threaded comments and an immutable audit history stay on the record, and a light status view shows where the pipeline stands.

California Teacher Salary Dashboard
A public-data analytics dashboard built on California's annual teacher-salary release, CDE Form J-90. It takes that release and makes it something you can browse and read with assistive technology, with district-to-district comparison built in. Five views carry the product. A statewide overview leads, backed by a searchable district directory, per-district salary schedules, and a side-by-side comparison, plus a salary explorer. Figures stay aggregate-only by design, and data privacy and accessibility were treated as acceptance-level requirements.

Task Completion Heatmap
A completion-status heatmap that reads each department's part for every item from the team's review workflow tool and renders it as a single grid anyone can scan. The heatmap of items by department anchors the product, alongside an item detail view, a department view with a cross-department comparison, an illustrative Data Sources view, and an About view. It stays read-only and aggregate by design, with accessibility built in as an acceptance-level requirement.

App Release Approval
An internal go-live approval tool. It swaps sign-offs spread across chat for one tracked release request that opens to four independent reviewers at once, all on a single shared record with a full audit trail. The request carries through to production deployment and release-note publication, and status notifications fire automatically along the way.

Hardware Shipment Tracker
An internal tool, Relay, that moves equipment-transfer tracking off spreadsheets and email into one managed shipment record. An employee files a request on a self-service intake form with a single asset line-item list, and a manager authorizes the transfer and its shipping cost before anything ships. From there the tool schedules a carrier with tracking numbers, follows the physical move on a timeline, and confirms delivery with condition and signature. Every step is written to an append-only activity history, and a logistics metrics dashboard covers the wider picture.

Budget Tracking Dashboard
A spend tracking dashboard that pulls each program's budget spreadsheet and the finance system of record into one aggregate, weekly model. It opens on a portfolio overview with per-program spend bars, drills from program detail down to subprograms, tracks progress against quarterly targets, and adds a filterable program and subprogram table plus an About view. The data stays aggregate-only by design, and accessibility was treated as an acceptance-level requirement rather than an afterthought.
