Accessibility Statement

This site is built to work with assistive technologies, including screen readers and keyboard-only navigation.

Conformance target

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, and we design toward WCAG 2.2 AA where practical. WCAG is the widely used standard for making web content more accessible.

Measures we take

  • Semantic HTML landmarks and a logical heading structure.
  • A visible keyboard focus indicator, applied to interactive elements site-wide.
  • A skip-to-content link at the top of every page.
  • Color contrast designed to meet WCAG AA minimums, verified by automated testing.
  • Automated accessibility testing (axe-core and pa11y / HTML_CodeSniffer) run against every page at more than one screen width, checking against WCAG 2.1 and 2.2 AA.
  • A manual keyboard-navigation and screen-reader pass using NVDA on Windows.
